The Executive Board


Grace McGregor (class of 2010) is a Finance and OPIM concentration from Scranton, Pennsylvania. Grace has served on the board since her freshmen year as Newsletter Chair and VP of Membership Development. In her time as President, Grace wants to expand and stregnthen the membership of WW by increasing the quality and diversity of events that we hold. In addition to WW, Grace is VP of Alumnae Relations for Sigma Kappa Sorority, President of 2010 Cohort Dollar, and VP of Membership for Wharton Politics and Business Association.


Teresa (Class of 2010), from Rosemead, California, is concentrating in Finance, Legal Studies, and Management with a minor in Mathematics. This is her third year on the Board, previously serving as VP of Finance and VP of Corporate Relations. As EVP of Strategy in charge of strategic initiatives, she hopes to reexamine WW's processes and bring insight to the organization by developing sustainable frameworks that will help take WW to a new level. In addition to serving on the WW Board, Teresa is actively involved in the Penn Tae Kwon Do team.


Lauren Mifflin (Class of 2011) is from Toronto, Canada. She has been involved in WW since her freshman year and has acted as Etiquette Dinner Chair & Corporate Liaison. She is pursing a BA in Biochemistry in addition to her Wharton degree. This year, she would like to continue increasing the diversity among sponsors and continue building the relationships with existing sponsors and help them to create more unique events for our membership. Outside of WW, she is a member of the University Choir and the Penn Stem Cell Club.


Jillian (Class of 2011) is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After serving as Treasurer last year, she is excited to expand her role in WW by interacting with present and soon-to-be alumnae. She hopes to strengthen the bond between current and past members, through opportunities to network and learn. Also at Penn, she is involved in Latin and Ballroom dancing and Cohort Dollar.


Erica (Class of 2011) is from Duluth, Georgia. She has been a member of WW since her freshman year. Her goals for this year include forming meaningful relationships with members, serving as a liaison between the executive board and the membership, increasing membership retention, and delivering valuable events to our members. At Penn, she is also a member of Sigma Psi Zeta.


Lauren (Class of 2011) is from Boca Raton, Florida and is concentrating in Marketing and Management. Previously, she served as Vice President of Publications. As VP of University Relations, she is looking to forge new relationships throughout the Penn community. In addition to WW, she is a choreographer for Soundworks Tap Factory and a tour guide with Kite and Key.


Marissa (Class of 2012) is from Temecula, California. This is Marissa's first year in WW, but she has been an active member through working on the Marketing Committee. As VP of Finance, her goals are to manage funds to reflect WW's mission statement and to make sure all new endeavors provide not only short term benefit, but are sustainable in the long run. At Penn, she has participated in the summer leadership retreat, PENNacle.


Erica (Class of 2010) is from Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. She is pursuing concentrations in Marketing and Global Analysis with a minor in French. Erica is in her second term as VP of Operations, and she has previously held the positions of Freshman Buddies Co-Chair and Director of WW Around the World. Her goals for this semester include aiding the re-launch of our website and improving our graphics-rich emails. Outside of WW, Erica is involved with Alpha Phi and Penn Alumni Student Society.


Palak (Class of 2011) is from Staten Island, New York. She just transferred to Wharton from NYU's Stern School of Business and is majoring in finance. Having just joined WW this year, she is very excited to serve as the new VP of Marketing and hopes to extend WW's reach to the other Penn schools. She also hopes to increase the attendance at all WW events, especially at General Body Meetings. Besides WW, Palak is also a sister of Sigma Kappa sorority and a member of the Wharton Transfer Association and Wharton Undergraduate Finance Club.


Trisha (Class of 2012) is from Houston, Texas. She is interested in finance and business and public policy. Her goal this year as VP of Publications is to add a more personal touch to the WW newsletter by including more interviews of members and advice columns. Other than WW, she is a Wharton Ambassador and is currently doing research as a University Scholar.
